I am super excited to be writing you on the iMac computer I got today. My faithful old laptop is nearing the end of its days after many years of service. When I knew I had to buy a new computer, I decided to go with a fun option: it's pink!
Do you remember the old iMacs from the early 2000s? They came in 5 or 6 different lollipop-bright colors, and I longed for one in college. My roommate had the hot pink one and, wow, did I love it. When I started computer shopping last week and saw these new colorful iMacs, I couldn't help myself. While my favorite color is orange, pink is a close second (although my absolute favorite is the two colors together - such a dreamy, sunset-inspired combination). When it came time to choose my color, I let nostalgia for that old college dream lead the way and got myself a pink computer! She's so cute! Of course I'm going to give her a name...how can I not, right? She's my new writing partner. The two of us are going to bring you so many books!
