"If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it." Those were the words of American journalist Margaret Fuller, who in 1839 founded what are considered the first book clubs in the U.S. She began hosting "Conversations" with women about literature, history, fine arts, etc. to counteract the lack of formal education opportunities available to women in her day. Sadly, Margaret drowned in a shipwreck in 1850, but book clubs and the women who run them are still a force for good. This design honors Margaret and celebrates her desire to help women learn. Thank you, Margaret!
This roomy canvas tote is perfect for beach days, picnics, errands, and - of course - your spectacular library hauls! It's super durable, makes a thoughtful gift, and it's Earth-friendly, so you can feel good while looking good.

A Note About Shipping Times:
This product is made especially for you by one of our print partners after you place an order, so it may take a bit longer to deliver it to you.
