Three Things I'm Grateful For Today:

  1. Enjoyed my favorite smoothie for lunch--and had enough discipline to choose it vs. something less healthy!
  2. My parents watched the kiddos so I could work, work, work at a job I love.
  3. Working as a writing coach lets me connect with people trying to reach their dreams.

My Intention For Tomorrow:

Show my parents know how much I love and appreciate them before they go home on Friday.

Bonus! The Best Tropical Smoothie:

Blend 1 cup coconut milk (from a refrigerated carton, not a can; I love unsweetened regular by So Delicious); 1 banana; 2 clementines; 1 cup strawberries; 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup sweet potato. Cram in some spinach if you don't mind the green color, it's super healthy and doesn't affect the taste. Serves 2-3.
