THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:

  1. Investing in a personal trainer for the next two months to get myself on track before we move to Denver in July.
  2. First video call with Mom and Dad.
  3. Support from colleagues.

 

PROGRESS ON TODAY'S INTENTION:

"Try not to be too hard on myself if I feel overwhelmed and tired." - I slept for 2.5 hours this evening after working all night. I think I earned the rest.

 

MY INTENTION FOR TOMORROW:

Being open to getting healthy. Instead of giving up, I want to see if consistent effort will work for me. (Obviously it should, but I've always given up instead of meeting a fitness goal. I really want to try to give it my best this time.)
