THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
- Ms. Rachel, our great babysitter, was here! It makes Monday so much easier.
- I kept my cool despite my workday crumbling around me.
- Sweet Coco, my therapeutic little companion, sticking close to my side to cheer me up.
PROGRESS ON TODAY'S INTENTION:
"Try not to be too hard on myself if I feel overwhelmed and tired." - How appropriate this one was today! I'd say I handled it fairly well, considering.
MY INTENTION FOR TOMORROW:
More of the same, I think I will need it. Also, try not to be hard on clients who demand too much. We're all stressed out!
